I'm not sure how to put this exactly so I'll just cut to the chase. I order from you guys every couple of months, and just want to say how wonderful everything always is. I love the service you're providing, the website is a great shopping experience (though if i had a car, i'm sure visiting your shop would be even better) - and the care and attention you guys pay is evident all the way to the parcel arriving at my door. Everything is always fabulously packaged, with fragile items seperated etc. You know what I'm talking about of course, but I just wanted to make sure you knew it was noticed. Even down to the sticker telling me what side I should open the box so that everything doesn't fall out etc. I notice the details, and greatly appreciate it.
