Shipping & Returns Information
Countries We Ship ToCurrently we ship to addresses in Canada and the USA only. Customers living in Ireland or Britain who wish to order products as gifts for friends or family living in either Canada or the USA are welcome to do so . Just supply the complete shipping destination address, including contact name and telephone number, at the time of check-out. Shipping ChargesShipping charges are based on the actual weight and dimensions of your total order as well as the shipping destination and method of shipping. A base charge applies to all parcel shipments. Your actual total shipping charge will be shown during checkout and before we take your payment information so, there will be no unpleasant surprises after you have placed your order. Shipping Methods & Delivery Standards
Delivery of packages is facilitated through Canada Post and the US Postal Service. We chose Canada Post and the US Postal Service because of their ability to deliver packages to virtually any address in North America and to do so cost-effectively with fast delivery.
For your convenience, Canada Post Online Tools are available for shipping and delivery information for your package(s). Be sure to have the tracking number that you received via email when your package left our office. Orders to the USAOn all shipments to the USA, we will prepare the appropriate U.S. Customs import documentation to accompany the shipment. Any import duties and processing fees levied by the U.S. Customs Service is the sole liability of the purchaser.
For orders that contain food products, we are required to submit a Prior Notice of Shipment to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA approval number for a shipment containing food will be shown on the shipping label along with product information for U.S. Customs.
UPDATE - We highly recommend using the Xpresspost shipping option for orders bound for the USA containing food products. Recent anti-terrorism measures has resulted in longer processing times by the FDA for food shipments and, as a result, longer shipping times.
Product Return Policies & Procedures We will replace defective merchandise for a period of 10 days from receipt. Prior to returning any defective product please contact us by calling 905-804-1731.
