The Easter Uprising, War of Independence, Civil War and other momentous events which still inspire today are precisely as they happened, captured in period newsreel and photographs.

Both programs contain powerful film footage of giant figures in the history of the independence movement, including Michael Collins, Patrick Pearse, Eamon de Valera, James Connolly and Thomas Clarke. Irish language narration with English subtitles.

Also includes a 20 page oversized booklet with compelling photos and notes on the events.
