Are all the products you sell shown in the online store?

Most of the products we offer are shown on the webstore. The only products we do not list on the webstore are those in our frozen foods category as well as a small number of products which are not available for shipping.

Can you send an order to someone as a gift from me?

Yes we can accept orders from one person for shipment to another as a gift. This service is also available to persons in Ireland and the UK who want to send a gift to someone in Canada and the USA.

Is there a way to see what my shipping costs will be without setting up an account and/or going through the whole checkout process?

Yes, just click on the My Cart link in the top menu to go to the detailed cart summary. At the bottom of this summary you will see a form you can use to get an accurate shipping quotation for the cart contents.

Do the DVDs you sell play in Canada or the USA?

All the DVDs we sell are obtained from licensed Canadian sources and are manufactured to play on the North Amercian NTSC video standard and Region 1 as a minimum.

Do you have a 'real' store that I can visit?

We have a traditional 'bricks and mortar' store in Mississauga, just west of Toronto, as well as our webstore. Click here for details on where to find our retail store and for hours of operation.

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?

Sorry, we do not offer trade or wholesale pricing on any products.

I signed up for the newsletter but have never received one.

Typically we send out an email newsletter every 4-6 weeks. The most common issue with the newsletter being received is the registration of your email address. We use a Double Opt-In system which means you have to confirm your email address before you can receive emails. Once you register your email address using our website you will be sent an email asking you to confirm that you indeed wich to receive our newsletter. When you respond to that email you will be fully registered and only then receive emails from us.

For best operation with our website, we recommend the following browser programs:

  • All prices in Canadian funds
  • Minimum order requirement of $30 (before shipping & taxes)
  • Prices and availability subject to change without notice
  • Images of food products are only for information purposes and can change due to continuous product development
