Bolands Jam Mallows (formerly called Mikado) are - soft pink mallows on a soft biscuit with a jam strip down the middle and topped with coconut.
Ingredients: wheat flour, glucose syrup, sugar, vegetable oil, water, desiccated coconut, gelling agents (pectin, gelatine), apple pulp, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, citric acid, flavourings, colour (allura red)
